This website is owned and operated by 1st Night of Milton Keynes. All orders and contracts are with 1st Night.

Payment by card

We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), American Express & JCB cards on our secure server link.

PayPal and other methods

You can also pay by PayPal, by telephoning us with your card details or by sending us a cheque drawn on a UK bank.

School and College Purchase orders

We accept purchase orders from approved Schools and Colleges

Just order on line, enter the delivery details and choose Purchase Order at the checkout.

You will be asked for the purchase order number and the contact information for payment.

UK schools only. We may telepone you to verify the order, so please give a daytime phone number.

No cards by email

Don't send payment details by ordinary e-mail. It is not secure. Use our secure server or PayPal instead

Pricing Policy

Our prices are in £ (pounds sterling). We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you other than to complete your order unless you have given us your consent by clicking the "Add me to your mailing list" button.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

credit/debit card details

skin colour (if you want us to choose makeup colours for you).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

The 1st Night Triple Guarantee

10 day No-quibble returns.

You can return goods you order from us within 10 days of receipt and, provided it arrives in re-saleable condition, we will refund your purchase price plus the postage and packing. You only pay for return postage. N.B. This does not apply to bulk discounted orders which are deemed to be business to business transactions. This does not affect your legal rights in the case of goods that are faulty or not fit for the purpose stated. We promise to make the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods back in saleable condition. If you paid by cheque, we will post a cheque back to you within 7 days.

Quality guarantee.

If anything you order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 10 days. We will arrange for you to return it and refund the purchase price plus the original postage & packing plus the return postage.

Delivery guarantee.

If we have it in stock, we will post your order no later than two working days after we get it. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday except for public holdays and other breaks in service notified on our website from time to time.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class post or Parcelforce.

NOTHING IN THE ABOVE GUARANTEES AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Security

We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from our site.

VAT & Local Taxes

We are UK based and deliver worldwide. Our charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time you order for delivery inside the UK and to non-registered customers inside the EU.

Customers outside the EU, and VAT registered customers in the EU who quote a valid registration number, are not charged VAT. You are responsible for paying all local taxes and duty in these cases.

Errors & Omissions

We have checked the information very carefully and taken great care not to mislead or misinform you.

We are not able to accept liability for loss or damage arising from errors or omissions in the content of this website.

Contracts

This website is an invitation to trade with us. No contract exists between us until we have accepted payment from you.
