Grimas Professional false eyelashes
Grimas false eyelashes are used to make natural eyelashes look fuller or to create a special effect. They come in various lengths, shapes and materials from hand-tied real hair to plastic eyelashes and combinations of both. Grimas eyelashes are available in many different colours, including silver and gold.
To attach eyelashes, first check them for length by taking one carefully out of the box and, using the adhesive edge that holds it in the box, attach an eyelash over the natural lash using tweezers or fingers. Work from slightly inside the inner corner of the eye outwards and note if any excess length needs to be trimmed from the outer end. Remove the Eyelashes again and cut off any excess length at the outer end. If there is any doubt, it is better to make the eyelashes shorter than longer!
Put some eyelash adhesive on your hand and pick up a small amount of adhesive with the point of a spatula or the handle of a small brush and apply it along the false eyelash edge. Use a little extra eyelash adhesive for the innermost and outermost ends. Apply the false eyelash from the inside outwards using fingers or tweezers.
For individual eyelash pieces, dip the root of each piece in a little eyelash adhesive and place it on the eyelash edge, holding it firmly in place for a moment. work from the inner side outwards and do so quickly, before the adhesive dries. The eyelash adhesive turns from white to transparent as it dries. Once the adhesive is dry, eyeliner etc. can be applied as required.
After use, remove the false eyelashes or eyelash extensions carefully. The dried adhesive will stay attached to the false eyelash. Clean the eye area with grimas cleansing milk, cleansing lotion or makeup remover. The eyelashes can be re-used if they have not lost their shape. Carefully loosen the adhesive from the eyelash edge with your finger and place the eyelash back in the box.
